Sailor Moon Brooch ~Resin Edition This charm is made from red transparent resin and a glittery silver star charm. There's another later of clear resin over the star charm to protect it and a clear coat that makes it extra shiny. Although unplanned, I like how it turned out looking like a something from the Sailor Moon world...hence the name. Moon Prism Power Make-Up!
