Fu-ru fu-ru fu-ru mu-n! Kawaii Hazuki-chan from Tsukuyomi Moon Phase. This was the cutest little cosplayer I saw at Otacon! She was very talkative and knew so much about Moon Phase. She told me that she once almost made her mother (who was cosplaying as Chii from Chobits) her slave by staring into her eyes. Unya! Cho kawaii! *gyu~~~*
